The Posestand
In the package you will find a copyable posestand (1 prim).
The Controllers
Next to the copyable posestand, two different controllers are included. These have exactly the same functionality; one is a HUD controller, the other one can be rezzed in-world.
Setting up & Using the Posestand System
The Posestands
Setting up and adjusting channel
To start using the posestands, simply rez one in-world. The Hermes Optical Posestand System allows you to control 4 channels of posestands individually. To change the channel of a posestand, simply click it. It will give you a confirmation in chat, and the texture on top of the posestand will indicate the channel number.
Adding your own poses to the posestand
To add your own poses to the posestand, right-click it and select "edit". Once you've got the edit window open, go to the "contents" tab. Drag and drop your poses from your inventory to this tab. You'll see the posestand resetting itself, and a new count of the poses currently in the posestand will appear.
Once the total amount of poses in the backdrop appears; you're ready to go. Using the previous and next arrows you can now browse through all the poses, including your newly added ones.
Removing poses from the posestand
To remove poses from the posestand, right-click it and select "edit". Then go to the "contents"-tab and select the pose(s) you want to delete, and hit "delete" on your keyboard. The posestand will reset and give you a new count of poses currently in the posestand.
The controllers
The HUD and in-world controller work in exactly the same way. The manual underneath applies to both.
You'll see 4 control panels with the same set of buttons. Notice the figure at the top left of each of these sets? This figure indicates the channel these commands will be given to. All pose stands that display the same number will respond to the commands you give on this channel.
Browsing through poses
To browse through poses press the outer two arrows. The left-pointing arrow will get you the previous pose (or the last pose when the first pose is currently loaded), and the right-pointing arrow will bring up the next pose (or the first pose if the last pose in the posestand is currently loaded).
Rotating the posestands
The two arrows in the middle of the button sets allow you to slightly rotate the posestand clockwise or counter clockwise.
